chyna2Chyna’s manager Anthony Anzaldo told TMZ that he had struck a secret deal with the television show “Intervention” with the goal of getting Chyna help. “An interventionalist was already lined up as was a facility that was going to take her for 90 days,” Anzaldo told TMZ.com. He added that he feared she was medicating with Ambien and Valium prior to her death.

Powell’s POV: The story states that he hoped to get Steve Austin, Mick Foley, and other friends to help with the intervention. The television show producers have yet to confirm whether the deal was in place. This begs the obvious question of whether her life could have been saved if there had been an immediate, private intervention rather than waiting to stage one that fit within a production schedule.
