WWE referee Dan Engler noted on his Twitter page that he needed 13 stitches and three sutures to close a wound caused by a production crate hitting him during the Triple H and Roman Reigns backstage brawl. Triple H threw the case that struck Engler, and then Engler could be seen limping out of the shot.
Powell’s POV: It was a rough night at Raw with Neville, Triple H, and Engler suffering an assortment of injuries. Engler did not specify whether he will miss any any time as a result of the wound. Thanks to Dot Net reader Anthony Giovagnoli for passing along the story.
