Ring of Honor announced on Thursday that the company will be returning to television pay-per-view beginning with the June 22 Best in the World event. The show was moved from Saturday night to Sunday night once it became a pay-per-view. The price is listed at $24.95 for standard definition (also available in HD) and has a TV-14 rating. Powell's POV: The announcement notes that the pay-per-view will be available on all major cable and satellite providers. We've been speculating for a while now that this could happen, as the In Demand pay-per-view company attempts to open some new revenue streams due WWE Network including all WWE pay-per-views. I don't know the specifics of the actual ROH pay-per-view deal, but on the surface it seems like a great move for ROH that makes them feel much more relevant. I'm also a fan of ROH pay-per-views airing on Sunday nights, which is the traditional pro wrestling pay-per-view night. ROH is offering refunds to Nashville fans who bought tickets when the show was listed for Saturday and can't make it on Sunday.
