Bully Ray vs. A.J. Styles in a No DQ match for the TNA Title: It took way too long, but this match is finally about the TNA Championship. Unfortunately that means we will get a mess of run-ins and ref bumps because PPV main events for the title are just too fruitful for shenanigans in TNA. Hopefully they keep all of that to a minimum and let Ray and Styles tell the story I believe they can, and then have AJ win the title in the end.

Look for Mr. Anderson to make his return (speculation), probably to fight off the interference from Garett and Knux, and I assume Dixie Carter makes an appearance as well. I can't rule out the possibility of somebody joining Team Dixie and costing AJ the match because TNA hates to tell the obvious story sometimes, but that leads to some difficult storytelling. AJ winning not only makes the most sense, it plays perfectly with what they have setup with Dixie.

A.J. Styles wins the TNA Championship.

Sting vs. Magnus: The match with the worst thought out feud is perhaps the most intriguing match on the card. It won’t be the best wrestled, but the whole concept of Sting "making" Magnus makes me want to see exactly what Sting can do out there. I don't think Magnus can carry him to a great match, but it may be possible they do enough to get more people talking about Magnus. Normally I would predict the heel turn here, but TNA usually saves those big moments for TV. I think they do that here, with Sting pinning Magnus in a way that Magnus finds dubious and leads to his full heel turn this coming Thursday

Sting wins.

Kurt Angle vs. Bobby Roode: This is your probable match of the night. Kurt Angle probably feels he has something to prove after his stint in rehab, and Roode is probably willing to do whatever it takes to help him accomplish that. I don't see any way that Angle loses after his triumphant return and his Hall of Fame induction weekend.

Kurt Angle wins on his Hall of Fame weekend.

Manik vs. Austin Aries vs. Chris Sabin vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Samoa Joe in an Ultimate X match for the X Division Title: The match that Jeff Hardy built has the potential to breathe new life into the Ultimate X match, and it needs it. The match has been watered down so much it's hard to even get up for this one. The other thing that makes it a little hard is the lineup. Every time I look at this match, the old Sesame Street "One of these things is not like the other ones" song pops in my head. Manik is completely out of place in this match, and I hope they do a decent job of protecting him with all the star power around him.

Speaking of star power, there's too much in this match for the X Division title. We've seen all these guys as the champ at some point (save Hardy, of course) and I can't say I want to see any of them win it again. So while I'm perfectly fine with Manik retaining here, it does appear that there are big plans for Sabin going forward, and I think they think he needs the title to make it happen. Sabin wins the title and moves on to a feud with whoever he screws last on the way to his win.

Chris Sabin wins the X Division Title.

ODB vs. Gail Kim vs. Brooke Tessmacher for the Knockouts Title: Two words: Lei'D Tapa. This match is nothing more than an excuse to get her on the TV destroying everyone. I'm also perfectly OK with that. The Knockouts division needs a kick start. I don't know if Tapa is that kick start, but at least it's something. ODB retains after Tapa leaves everyone knocked out (non-finish) or ODB falls on the top of the pile to retain and go on to feud with Tapa.

ODB retains the Knockouts Title.

Christopher Daniels and Kazarian vs. Joseph Park and Eric Young vs. Robbie E and Jessie vs. Chavo Guerrero and Hernandez in a pre-show gauntlet match for a shot at the TNA Tag Titles: The pre-match show is basically Kaz and Daniels with six guys named Fred. None of the other teams mean a thing. Yes, the TNA crowd likes Eric Young, but I don’t think they like him over Kaz and Daniels, and nobody should like any of these teams over Bad Influence. They are the only team worth moving on to the title match, but if I am wrong about this prediction, look for the Bro-mans to win. Wow, just typing that made me not want to watch the pre-show.

Christopher Daniels and Kazarian win.

James Storm and Gunner vs. Christopher Daniels and Kazarian for the TNA Tag Titles: I'm of two minds about this. Part of me wants to see the titles switch and let Kaz and Daniels rebuild the tag division. The other part of me is afraid that losing the title will lead to Gunner disappearing off TV and Storm going back to meandering around backstage without any direction. Stories are almost inevitably better when the babyfaces are chasing, so I'll pick Bad Influence to win, but not without many reservations.

Bad Influence wins the TNA Tag Team Championships.
