Former WWE star Batista has a new MMA opponent for Saturday's show
Oct 1, 2012 - 06:17 PM |
Former WWE star Dave "Batista" Bautista will face Vince Lucero on Saturday's CES MMA event in Providence, R.I. You can read more on the story at TMZ.com/2012/10/01/bautista-mma-fight-debut-arrested/.
Powell's POV: Bautista's first opponent, Radhid Evans, was pulled from the fight because he was arrested for violating probation. At this point, one think Bautista has to be asking himself what he's getting into. I give him credit for wanting to fight, but it seems like this event is becoming a fiasco. The 40 year-old Lucero has a 20-22-1 record, according to Sherdog.com/fighter/Vince-Lucero-4009.
