Paul Heyman's father dead at age 87

Richard Heyman, the father of WWE personality Paul Heyman, died on June 25 at age 87. "His knowledge, intelligence, street smarts, sense of humor, kindness, ethics, loyalty and sage wisdom enriched all those around him," reads Richard's obituary in the New York Times.

"There are no adjectives posted here, for no description could ever do this man justice. His grandchildren will one day tell their children about 'Papu,' and they will do so with great pride. Don't mourn this death. He got more out of life than a kid from the Depression could ever dream imaginable."

Powell's POV: Services will be held on Friday in New York. Richard was a New York based attorney and a financial backer of ECW during Paul's run as owner of the company. My best wishes go out to Paul Heyman and his family during what is surely a difficult time.
