TNA star Jeff Hardy's Thursday court hearing in Moore County, N.C. resulted in yet another continuance. The reason cited for the latest continuance is that the two sides are still negotiating a potential deal. Hardy's next hearing is scheduled for February 16, 2011. Hardy did not attend Thursday's hearing.

Powell's POV: Hardy is advertised for the TNA UK tour that kicks off on Friday in France. His next advertised court appearance falls on an off day for TNA. He is advertised for the Against All Odds pay-per-view on Feb. 13, and he could conceivably attend the following two days of television tapings and still make his next court hearing.
