TNA News: Jeff Hardy appears on CBS talk show, rewards young fan who had his arm broken by a bully
Oct 26, 2010 - 02:34 PM |
TNA Champion Jeff Hardy appeared on CBS talk show "The Talk" on Tuesday. The show focussed on children who have been subjected to bullied in school. An 11 year-old boy named Tyler Wilson, who had his arm broken by a bully because he joined the cheerleading team, was rewarded with a video message for Hardy.
Jeff was shown in full makeup standing in front of the Impact interview set and said Tyler would be his personal guest at the Impact Zone. "And remember if they have a problem with you, they have a problem with me," Hardy said. The hosts noted that Tyler would be flown to Orlando to meet Hardy at a TNA show.
Powell's POV: Tyler was also presented with a collection of TNA memorabilia. It was a bit odd to see TNA's top heel being presented as a nice guy on the show, but it was still good exposure for Hardy and the TNA brand.
