Powell's POV: This was not a well kept secret, as there has been speculation for a while now that Foley's story was being turned into a movie. Nevertheless, this is the official confirmation. There's a lot of good material to work with stemming from his various autobiographies. Of course, it's all about the casting, budget, and the script.
