Former ROH Champion Jay Briscoe (a/k/a Jamin Pugh) is 30 today. He was born on January 24, 1984.

Powell's POV: Jay's birthday is listed as January 25 on Wikipedia, but I've seen it listed as January 24 everywhere else. Either way, it looks like the Briscoes have another reason to celebrate following Mark's birthday last week.
