TNA Impact Wrestling and WWE NXT live coverage, Dot Net Weekly audio show, Matt Taven, Homicide, Big John Studd, Global Supercard on ESPN Classic

-TNA Impact Wrestling was taped last week at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. Both the TNA Championship and Tag Team Championships are defended on the show, and Bobby Lashley makes his in-ring return. Join me for live coverage of the show as it airs on SpikeTV at 8:00 p.m. CT.
-WWE NXT was taped on February 28 and features Sheamus making a trip down to developmental to face Aiden English. Join Zack Zimmerman for live coverage of the show as it airs on the WWE Network at 8:00 p.m. CT.
-Dot Net Members will be listening to the Dot Net Weekly audio show later today. Jason Powell and I will discuss all the news of the week, including the continued build to WrestleMania 30. -ROH wrestler Matt Taven (a/k/a Matthew Marinelli) turns 29 today. Taven won the 2013 Top Prospect Tournament and went on to be saddled by heel manager Truth Martini and his entourage of women known as "Hoopla Hotties" during his ROH TV Championship run.
-ROH wrestler Homicide (a/k/a Nelson Rodriguez Erazo) turns 37 today. Homicide has most recently been teaming with Eddie Kingston in ROH as Outlaw Inc where they have feuded with Red Dragon for the tag titles.
-The late Big John Studd (a/k/a John Minton) died on this date in 1995 at 47 of liver cancer and Hodgkin's disease. Studd had crossover appeal during he Rock and Wrestling WWF days, appearing in several feature films and high profile television shows. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2004.
-ESPN Classic has five hours of Global Supercard Wrestling today. The first two hours are from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. CT. and the other three hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. CT. There are no match listings for any of the shows.
