WWE News: Cesaro suffered an eye injury
WWE wrestler Cesaro suffered an eye injury during his Raw match with Kofi Kingston. ""We did some specialized testing and staining of the eye which showed he did have a scratch on the right side of the eye, which is called the sclera and not on the cornea, which is the clear part of the eye," WWE physician Chris Amann told WWE.com.
Powell's POV: It sounds like his Main Event match match take place as advertised, as the story notes that he will wear a patch for 24-48 hours and will be reevaluated prior to the match. The injury was said to be caused by an accidental poke from Kingston's finger.
