Ultimate Warrior Death: Bret Hart says Warrior seemed "frail" and "a little less indestructible than he used to be"
WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart spoke with radio station CJay92 in Calgary today about the passing of Ultimate Warrior. You can hear the interview at SoundCloud.com/cjay92/brett-hart-on-the-passing-of. Hart said he ran into Warrior a few times over WrestleMania weekend and he looked happy, but "frail" and "a little less indestructible than he used to be." Hart also speculated that steroid use probably contributed to the suspected heart attack.
Shore's Slant My initial thoughts last night, and I'm sure of others, was either suicide based on the content of his Hall of Fame and Raw speeches, or heart attack based on presumed steroid use in the 1980s. Heart attack is looking more and more like the probable cause and it sounds like Bret thinks for the same reason as many others and I. This has been a tough day to do what I do here, as it always is when someone dies too young.
